We help you make safe choices by providing you with the information you need to make decisions to protect your property or workplace. You will receive accurate and reliable drug screening results from trained and qualified technicians. We test for Methamphetamine, otherwise known as Meth or ‘P’ so that you can take the necessary steps if your property is contaminated.

What’s a safe level of meth contamination?

You may have heard confusing stories about changes in the levels for meth contamination in homes and rental properties. The current NZ Standard for Testing & Decontamination of Methamphetamine-Contaminated Properties (NZS8510:2017) remains in place and IDS continue to test to this standard.

In 2018 the Prime Ministers Chief Science Advisor (PMCSA) released a recommendation that the current accepted level be increased ten times higher. To find out more give us a call or follow the link below.

Qualified drug screening technicians

We keep up to date with training and best practises. We are qualified with NZQA unit standards 25458 and 25511 which cover onsite urine collection and drug screening to AS/NS4308:2008. Providing high-quality, accurate data is important so that you can be properly informed. Our professional and friendly team will support you throughout the process and provide useful reports for you.
